By accessing or using Ovyxa, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of service

Ovyxa is a privacy-friendly web analytics service that allows website owners to understand their audience without compromising visitor privacy.

3. Registration and account

To use Ovyxa, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activities carried out under your account

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Ovyxa only for lawful purposes. It is prohibited to:

  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Intentionally overload our systems
  • Collect data from sites you do not own
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Plans and pricing

Ovyxa offers different plans:

  • Free plan: Up to 100,000 events per month
  • Paid plans: Based on event volume and features

Prices may be changed with 30 days' notice. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually.

6. Intellectual property

Ovyxa and its content (logo, design, code) are protected by intellectual property rights. You retain all rights to your data.

7. Data and privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with GDPR.

8. Service availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions.

9. Limitation of liability

Ovyxa is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the settings. We may suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms.

11. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
