The coach that changes your plan, and tells you why.

Ovyxa reads your training load, your recovery and what you tell it about your sessions. Then it proposes what comes next — and you decide.

One plan for

  • Running
  • Trail
  • Strength

Every morning, three answers

How you are, what to do today, and what changed in the plan — with the reason.

Today

Today’s session, what the coach reads of your recovery, and what moved.

The week

Running and strength on one calendar, never stacked by accident.

The goal

One main race leads. Its date decides the taper.

What changed

The plan moves, and says so

A missed session, a bad night, a pain you reported: the plan proposes another way forward, and every change carries its reason.

  • Deterministic, versioned engines propose.
  • Nothing changes without your agreement.
  • You may always do less.
The week, running and strength together

One training

Running, trail and strength, with what you report after each session: perceived effort, reps in reserve, what was actually done.

Ask your questions to
your Ovyxa coach

An AI coach that explains the plan’s decisions, behind a consent you give and withdraw whenever you like.

It explains every change

Why the intervals moved, why the run is shorter: its answer starts from the plan’s decisions.

It proposes, you confirm

A shorter session, a trail programme: it proposes it, you confirm it, and the engine refuses what would not be safe.

A summary, not your history

It receives your goal, your phase and your recent sessions, summarised. Never your database, never your raw measurements.

Frequently asked questions

Is Ovyxa a medical device?

No. Ovyxa is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If something hurts, if a symptom worries you, or if you are coming back after a break, see a doctor or a physiotherapist.

Who decides the plan: the AI or me?

The plan comes from deterministic, versioned engines. The AI coach explains, and may propose a session; nothing enters your plan without your confirmation, and no safety rule can be bypassed.

Do I have to share my Apple Health data?

No. Sharing is optional, and the app works without it. If you accept, Ovyxa reads resting heart rate, the measurements used to estimate your recovery, sleep duration and completed workouts. It writes nothing to Apple Health.

What does the AI coach receive?

A small summary: your goal, the current phase, your recent sessions summarised, your recovery trend and the plan’s decisions. Never your database or your raw measurements. The coach sits behind a separate consent, which you can withdraw.

Where is my data?

In France, with OVHcloud. You can export it and delete your account from inside the app, without contacting support.

When can I install it?

Ovyxa is an iPhone app, in testing on TestFlight, not yet on the App Store. To hear when it is, write to contact@ovyxa.com.

Ready when you are.

Ovyxa is coming to iPhone. Until then, a question or a remark: we read everything.
